If you are making a payment towards a trip deposit, an additional payment or a final payment, you will be charged manually by your travel advisor. Please note that you will likely see a charge on your credit card from the Tour Operator/Vacation Supplier/Cruise Line you are booked with rather than from our agency. Since its processed manually, if it is urgent, please call your travel advisor during business hours to process.
TRAVEL ADVISOR FEE/INDEPENDENT TRAVEL PLANNING
Each trip requires a level of research and planning time to offer a personalized trip experience according to your preferences, and therefore we have an upfront travel advisor fee. The amount is determined by the advisor based on the type of trip you are requesting. This fee is non-refundable once purchased and is for the trip planning time and the consultation of the options we have put together for the the trip you inquired about. This amount is separate from the cost of the trip. We will create a plan for an experience that is tailored to your vacation. This will include any airline, accommodation, transportation and excursion information that we feel you might like to add to your trip. The trip details can be adjusted to what you want. Keep in mind some components will be non-refundable once booked. Then, after reviewing the options and discussing the vacation with your travel advisor, you can decide to move forward and book your trip with our agency. We would love to help you with those plans and can book the entire trip for you (except in certain cases but your travel advisor will share with you if your plans need to be booked differently). We are here to make sure your vacation goes smoothly.
By submitting the following information, you certify that you are the cardholder and are authorizing New Horizons Travel or the Tour Operator/Supplier/Cruise Line whom your travel is booked with, to charge the listed amount to the credit card. You certify that you have verified that all information contained in the confirmation you received is accurate. You also certify you have read the Terms & Conditions and the appropriate Travel Protection Plan details. Cancellation penalties will apply according to the the supplier. Insurance is non-refundable.
This charge will be manually applied by the agency to your reservation. If there are any issues, an advisor will contact you. When a payment is processed, we will send an invoice.
